Hopefully it’ll pass soon. Then eat a lot of probiotics - real yogurt, pickles & kimchee from the refrigerated section, preferably in glass jars, that sort of stuff. That would be my approach. Hope you’re feeling better soon.
Coincidentally I had an intestinal issue last week. Bright red diarrhea as if I’d eaten a lot of beets. Thought it might be some sort of internal bleed for a while but it went away after 3 days. Had me scared for a bit, especially with everything going on last week.
Yikes! No bright colors so far.
Thanks for the advice; I already have yogurt in the mornings and pickles from a jar are a delight, so I'll take you up on that. I have a doc phone call arranged for tomorrow afternoon. Soonest available. Great way to lose some holiday weight, I guess.
