Had an ok Kung Fu practice. My empty hand forms went well but all my weapon forms had misfires. Then I came home and took a salt bath (shoulders still sore from yesterday’s yoga level up). Worked a bit - had a 3rd pass on that top sword fight article (my editor really wanted me to include Captain Blood, so we went from top 10 to top 12 and now top 13). Just made dinner for me and Yuki and am about to tuck into some TV.
I originally planned to go to China Cats tonight but they changed venues from the Vets Hall (a 20 min stumble home) to Henflings (10 miles away) and that’s a deal breaker. There’s a dancehall in Tola at the Sandbar, which is tempting because it’s free (just drinks). But nah, it’s cold out. I’m leaning towards just staying home.
