Watched 2 more eps. It’s growing on me. Or perhaps better put, I’ve accepted its shortcomings. There’s some chemistry brewing between the lead detective and Morgan, but I’d be annoyed if they hook up. Everyone else is pretty superfluous except maybe the teen daughter.
Morgan continues to be an unbelievable character, but she’s hawt, dresses loudly (knee-high boots, miniskirt, snakeskin prints, gaudy color schemes). But I identify with being the sexy leggy genius outsider, just not blonde.
E3 was about a grifter who takes advantage of women, notably a mom with dementia with a protective which hit a little close to home.
E4 was about kidnapped kids. I was pleased to have called the main perp, with motive correctly. It was kinda obvs because there weren’t too many suspects.
I’ll watch more if possible but my peacock ends any day now.
