I rode it a few times in my youth. I used to luv rollercoasters. Since I contracted cervical arthritis in ‘08, I’ve put a damper on that.
My neighbor who works there as maintenance just left for work. He’s not looking forward to today. He says the fireworks go off and 9. But it was heavy fog for most of today, that misty wet fog that looks like it’s sprinkling and makes Irish whiskey taste a tad sweeter, so that might put a damper on the fireworks. I remember going to Marina Green for a fireworks show and it was soaked with fog. It was very surreal because the sound was intense (water transmits sound waves better than air) but we’d only see colored fog. I’m going to just hang with Yuki tonight, maybe put on one of those soothing dog YouTube vids.
