Well, now, that was pretty darn fun. The Lance Reddick tributes were good. The Warriors homage was excellent. The Berlin nightclub scene was patterned after a famous techno-club that H has been to. Adkins was hysterical as a Brit chewing the scenery as a faux German. The Russians were very Russian (Russian Gypsies, I reckon).
The fights were great, the real actors (McShane, Skarsgaard, Fishburne, Sanada, Yen) made all the difference. I wonder how different the China cut is from the US cut? I noticed that Yen's "daughter" was higher up in the credits than Rina, and Rina had a huge part. She was also very good.
So, very good action film. Could have been a bit shorter, though.

In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.
