I think the diabetes puck is giving me anxiety because now I can check my blood sugar any time of the day. And there are alarms going off all the time to tell me when I'm out of the zone.
All that being said, yesterday was a roller coaster blood sugar day. At one point, I had to fix a hole in the fence (Hey! What are the dogs doing out in the yard!) and my blood sugar for no known reason shot up to 300. But then it dropped right back down. The more concerning one was four hours later after a meal when the number dropped to 55. To recap, I'm supposed to be between 90-130. The big drop happened just as I set off on the trail with the dogs for their walk. I had Aoife who was just bouncing from side to side and I'm having a problem keeping thoughts in my head.
I could find no rhyme or reason for yesterdays swings. It might be time to cut back on the medicine some more.

As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm
