After several years of experiencing the agony that accompanies every annual software update trying to update/reprogram the CBT, write and program a "what's new in this version" online course, update, educate and re-certify 60+ freelance trainers all by myself, and after two and a half years rehabing from a hand/wrist injury from the overwork, I finally got my boss to pay for someone qualified to help me last year. This year, we planned to expand her role and let her take over most of this process - she'd take the CBT and the "what's new" course, and I'd focus on the training agents. Woo-hoo, regular work hours, which is a little more palatable for the amount they pay me. She agrees.
My boss is so thrilled that we've found someone competent other than me that he looks into finding other opportunities for her as well. Negotiates a deal with her to develop some webinars.
Guess what?
Last week, she sends me a message, sorry can't do the CBT or the "What's New" course. Too busy with the webinars.

Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
