Knee Phobia
My left knee continues to heal but not enough. I'm afraid it is just waiting to go off much like the people in Naples looking up at Mount Vesuvius. It's not a question of if but when. Granted, I am able to do my 3 mile walks in the morning without discomfort, but every so often, maybe once or twice per walk, I get a hot shot of pain on the inside of the knee. It's like a periodic reminder to keep me worried. I don't like it.

As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm
