Technically I'm still on vacation, but we're putting out three new software releases for three different products simultaneously, one of which got shipped out to all my freelance training agents while I was still in Boston, so I kind of needed to make sure that the online course and certification test got posted so that they don't bug me with questions while I'm busy writing and reprogramming the basic skills CBT that has to be ready before I go back to Chicago at the end of the month...
So no, technically they didn't "make" me work today, but I put in about five hours.
And I'll probably be putting in 12-14 a day for the next several weeks, but it really should lighten up considerably after that. I've got 7 weeks of vacation coming, so as soon as these products are out the door, I'm taking advantage of that! Maybe 3 or 4-day work week the rest of the year???
