Finished it. It's six episodes long. ILM was and is an incredible achievement and they burned through a lot of people along the way. It's amazing they got all those highly creative people together and were able to accomplish what they did. And they lay the credit all on Lucas's feet. He knew what he wanted and hired the people to achieve his vision. Ep 01 - 05 take up to Jurassic Park where the main breakthroughs were made. Ep06 is where Lucas finally believes he has the tools he needs to make the movies his way and the movie is The Phantom Menace. Most of the last episode covers that with a bit of the Mandalorian which is the final step in the evolution he wanted. That final step is the Volume.
I learned a lot and it soothed my inner film geek/nerd.
