Found out after that he teaches at Cabrillo and lives about a mile from me.

Ted Orland is our neighbor. He lives at the corner of our street, two houses down on the other side. He’s a sweet guy - he and his wife Francis walk their dog Spooky every day and we see them regularly. I went to his open studio when we first moved here but didn’t put it together until yesterday when he saw Stacy with her backpack and asked where she was going. He gifted us an autographed edition of his book, Man & Yosemite, which charts the history of humans there with vintage photos. Looks like a great read for Greg’s madness
