After a week or so of just powering through the pain, pretending that I would be okay if I just kept moving, today my knee decided it had enough of this bullshit and showed me I was kidding myself. The knee was kind of cranky all night but I decided to go on my walk any, although in an abbreviated fashion. Couldn't even do that much. About fifteen minutes into the walk, my knee said no. I, literally, hobbled home. I took some ibuprofen but that doesn't seem to be helping.
As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm
