I bailed out of KF after an hour and a half (my Saturday sessions usually go 3 hours). Stretching, qigong & tai chi was relieving. Slo-mo Kung Fu was good to get my legs moving but the ache started digging into my shoulder so I came home to re-medicate. Going to eat lunch, take a long hit epsom bath and hopefully be ok for the dog park.
