Watched Matrix 3 aka Revolutions. Oof. What a disappointment. I remember disliking the second one for the dumb rave party but had no recollection of the third although I’m quite sure I saw it. Having no memory would make this seem fresh again. But no. It struggles to be visionary like the first and the design and effects are impressive for 2003, but there’s just so much monotone talking, and in the end the revolution  resolution is unsatisfactory. It did give me a talking point about how the sequels failed the original and how Chad was involved. I’m glad of the rewatch because I know who Sati is now.
