Always something new. My eating schedule is pretty regimented. I try and eat at the same times every day to help control the sugar. Yesterday, because of a three hour movie in the middle of the day, things got thrown out of whack. I had a late lunch and kind of skipped dinner. But I felt fine.
Until I went to bed. And I felt the sugar crash coming on. I got all the way down to 54! I think that's a new record. Three nutrigrain bars put me to rights. The problem with going to be with the sugar crashing is that I won't be eating again for eight hours. I almost went for a fourth.

As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm
