Today we toured pad 39a at Kennedy Space Center. We were a few hundred yards from the rocket sitting on the pad. The Falcon 9 is sooty, because it's been used a couple times before. The capsule was also used before to send astronauts to the ISS. So none of it looks brand new. Photos later. Tomorrow the 4 civilians blast off, at around 5 pm PST (8 pm local). We'll be at one of several viewing areas.
Just to let you know I'm (we're) still alive.
