Yuki’s morning bark pulled me out of an apocalyptic nightmare that played out like a movie.
Everything collapsed. Power grid, internet, WiFi, water, phone service, radio - all gone. A 5 person work group band together and go on the run, breaking into their office (some sort of tech or bio lab) to grab resources and head to the airport where they have to dodge other groups to try and get a flight. One group throws some sort of firebomb at a vending machine. A pilot demands lots of money which I question because that has collapsed too.
The weird thing was I wasn’t in the dream. I was watching it in my mind’s theater, like watching a movie. I didn’t know any of the characters.
It was very emotionally unsettling. Upon waking, I felt rather disturbed by it.

Shadow boxing the apocalypse
