Keys backspace are missing. More aggravating is the position of control and Fn are swapped, and Mac has command instead of alt. The mouse is problematic too. It's tiresome to switch back and forth. And because my Surface Pro is next to my Mac, sometimes I'll be mousin for the wrong machine.

Mouse or trackpad? You can toggle the scroll direction ("Natural" vs unnatural?) in System Preferences -> Trackpad. You can probably do the same under System Preferences -> Mouse, but I don't have one on hand to verify...

Not sure where your delete key went. It should be 2 keys directly above the return (not enter) key


Which mac keyboard did you end up with? If it's really bothersome, you can use a windows USB keyboard instead, but just remember that "Alt" key on a non-mac keyboard = the "option" on a Mac keyboard (which you might use frequently on the Mac...)

fn + del is forward delete
opt + del is delete word (to the left of the cursor)

I once got a test laptop that came with a french (or maybe italian) keyboard. That was an exercise in frustration.
