YMAA set me up with a reserve battery that keeps my Mac going for a half hour or so if the power goes out. We have brown outs all the time. So does my boss who lives in rural NH. It got tested recently and worked well. Unfortunately the outage affected my internet provider so even though my router was fine, there was nothing to route. But I didn’t lose any work so that’s good.
