E7: It is all about this episode for me. ALL ABOUT THIS EPISODE. As soon as you see it, you'll understand why. The story comes together nicely. The separate arcs cross and interweave. But this episode made the entire season for me. Loved it. And now, I love this show.
E8: The finale is a cliffhanger, some of which was predictable, inevitable really, with a few more curveball connections, well, one I didn't foresee that was pretty good. But a cliffhanger. The back stories are revealed, all except one, the General's.
The group hug worked for me better than I thought it would. The finale scene was obvious, but a fine teaser for next season... assuming it gets renewed. The stage is set. The world is built. The characters have endeared themselves.
I'm in. I hope it does get renewed.
