I'm starting my own thread for reports on my blood sugar. I seem to be going through a phase. Especially since I just hit 54 for my blood sugar about ninety minutes after having snack. There is no way it should be that low after eating but here we are. It's like I'm at war with my own body.
If I eat too much, my blood sugar sky rockets. If I don't eat enough, it drops. Because of my obesity, my pancreas doesn't want to make insulin. I take medicine to help my pancreas make insulin. Too much insulin production and my blood sugar drops. Not enough insulin and my blood sugar sky rockets. It's quite the game. Quite the balance. The obvious solution is to lose weight through exercise and diet. I am currently finding that difficult.
I'm writing this during the sugar crash. I've got the tremors (not the movie) and my shirt is soaked with sweat. I would categorize this as the opposite of enjoyable.

As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm
