It's not like I'll be stabbed in the butt by a Russian and left to bleed out.  There will be a bandaid.

Because I've seen the Russian's set of scalpels.  They all have blood grooves in them.  Which might frighten a lot of patients.

But I know better, because I've been educated by DM.  They're not for facilitating bleedout.  They're for lightening the blade without sacrificing strength, and should really be called fullers.  Anyway, they'll only help him stab deeper.  So I'm not worried.
