A patient in the queue ahead of me cancelled, and I was offered a move-up from May 5 to April 29. I said yes.
LKF was still in bed at the time, so I couldn't consult her. When she got up and I told her, she was a little peeved, because her 2nd Moderna shot is May 1. Based on the experience of a whole lot of people, May 2 will likely be miserable, and she's concerned she won't be able to tend to me.
I told her we'll deal with it. It's not like I'll be stabbed in the butt by a Russian and left to bleed out. There will be a bandaid.
