The Night Manager (2016)
#1
A BBC production based on a Le Carre book that I haven't read. Lots of talent: Olivia Colman, Philip Menzies, and Elizabeth Debicki from The Crown, plus Hugh Laurie as the villain. Tom Hiddleston (Loki from the Thor movies) is the titular character. We're about three episodes in, and enjoying it, but I am finding it far-fetched that he would be welcomed into the villain's inner circle at all, especially so quickly. Some great locations and it looks good.

Unfortunately it seems that it will end on a cliff-hanger; it isn't a limited series and it's up in the air if there will be a season two - not only because of the pandemic but the writer and director both quit.
