You can either refer to him as Sir Saint or Sir Dickhead in all your future discussions.

Second, is there anyone left on the planet that doesn't know that if you aren't born in Britain, you don't get to use the honorific "Sir"? And if there is, why haven't they been beaten for not paying attention?
