YES! This is exactly it. At least it resonates with that flyer that woman gave me that I threw away. Still haven't put that light out yet tho.

I do miss the Good Times. I picked up an issue last week because I did pick up from Mobo's. I used to read it every week but I don't get out much nowadays. 

FYI, Stacy is ecstatic about the new REI. We have been members for years and their rental program is fantastic. I guess my trepidation is about Downworks, but we're now wondering if that indie will even survive the pandemic. The owners, Nick & Shelley are getting around retirement age. 

Our Kung Fu academy is in an odd nook where business buildings meets industrial. It's ripe for development. The academy is in a converted warehouse with an obliquely positioned set of offices in front of it. It's been there for over a quarter century. Upstairs and behind the academy office is stock for Plum publishing. There's a dilapidated furniture outlet warehouse next door, which has had a 'store closing' sign out for years it seems. Apparently they're looking at putting a CVS drive-thru in there which is a good location because it's right across the street from the hospital.

I didn't know about Moe's transfer. Or maybe I did and just forgot. I do love that place - best live reggae in town - and am eager to get back to it there.
