Went downtown to pick up some takeout from Mobo sushi but I was like 40mins early. So, I walked Pacific ave a bit to kill time. Seeing Palace Arts all emptied out was heartbreaking. I went there regularly and would always stop in when I had the time, even if I didn’t need anything. I did like the Capitola branch better but I can’t walk there. I can still walk to Lenz, which also has a better selection, but it’s a few blocks off the main drag.

Lots of sketchy peeps talking to themselves. 

I hoped to pop into the bookshop but they’re only open for limited hours. 

It’s odd what has survived thus far.
