A lot of small batch distilleries shifted over to making hand sanitizer when the pandemic hit. They seemed to shift effortlessly. That's telling I think.
That made me laugh. We have “Seven Stills Distillery” out here and it sucks seven different ways. Basically, hipster/tech-bro Nuveau Douchebags trying to find a way to make whisky fast so they can sell it. It doesn’t “taste like horseshit” it has “a dank taste, earthy, yet strident”. Their hand-sanitizer came out lightning fast and smells better than anything they made for drinking.
