Turner Classic Movies played a slew of long forgotten horror movies.
I didn't watch the whole thing, I just kept dipping my toe in as I watched other things. It's a poorly done Warner Brothers B picture. The hunt is on for the mysterious Doctor X. He's supposed to be dead, but people keep seeing him. It turns out Doctor X was actually another Doctor who was supposed to be killed in the electric chair. but he wasn't. a transfer of blood and special kept him alive. Problem is Doctor X needs constant of infusions of blood to keep blood. He is killing people to get the blood. Yes, he's a knock off vampire.
I wouldn't have given this the time of day except Humphrey Bogart plays Doctor X. Yes, that Humphrey Bogart plays a vampire. He probably did it because he is barely on the screen. It was also made only a few years before Casablanca.
It also has Huntz Hall better know as one of The Bowery Boys.
Not recommended.

As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm
