Well, my mom isn't experiencing major plumbing issues, but there's a very merc-n-ret library issue. She gets this home delivery service from Svale public. It's awesome. They drop off a bag of 10 books every month and pick up the last batch right on her doorstep. It's all socially distanced and they call to warn her just prior. And they've been selecting decent titles - my mom is a voracious reader nowadays because that's all she's got beyond TV and the occassional call from a friend or relative (and me but I'm buried in work during most of my visits here). 

We just got a notification that one of the books will be overdue soon. This is from a batch that was dropped off last week and the next pick up is in 3 weeks. It's one of those 2 week borrowing limit titles, and they check them out early for the home deliver so it becomes due in a few days. Why would they even include one of those in the monthly home delivery?
