I want to know if they actually had those platforms for fights complete with posts as stairs? Or is it just some more HK cinema chicanery?
Overall, not bad. It seemed very slow in the middle while they stopped to tell the story. The melodram between Li and his daughter and Li and his restaraunt owner friend was a bit much. Too much frickin wire work.
I did like the fights at the beginning but they shot their wad then and their was nothing to compare to it at the end. It was that akward waiting for your partner to fall asleep moment after the too early climax.
I like Jet better subtitled. Kudos for learning english and all but it minimizes him when he speaks it.
Now what is he going to do since this is swan song to MA films?
