Thanks. I am tense lately. That's for sure.
It seems to be lessening now. Still not quite right, but improving. The clicking is the weird part, as if my jaw is out of alignment. It reminds me of the times when I've been hit in the jaw a little bit.
I carry most of my tension between my scapula but I know what you mean about it migrating about the body.
Do you still suffer from TMJ?
