There's a method to my madness; it's known as forgetfulness.  Keeps everything fresh.  In other words, maybe I have seen Ichi, but suspect not, and that it was just one of the many copycats.  I know Rutger Hauer went there.  That was before he lost his home, hopped a boxcar and got himself a shotgun.

BTW, this was the last movie in Criterion's Mifune retrospective, not counting the final The Last Samurai documentary, which DM has seen.  I'll review that shortly on that thread.
