You're like the third person I've heard who lost a crown since the SIP, cf. So sorry to hear that. I'm told that it can be reattached temporarily with super glue (totally serious here - super glue was originally designed as a 'liquid stitch' for the military). There are also temporary tooth replacement kits available at most drugs stores. If it's a tooth, you should store it in milk, but if it's just a crown, it doesn't matter. I've had to deal with people chipped teeth a few times due to the martial arts and my event med work so I do speak with a tad of experience here.
