Doom Dreams

Dreamt of Dan last night.  It's a fuzzy memory now but we were both hosting some sort of documentaries. I finished my doc first and went over to see how his was going as he was winding up his.  I can't remember the topics now.  I think that was relevant in some way, but Dan's was set in the great outdoors.  He wandered up, walking out of some woodsy area.  The strongest image from that dream was him walking up, that huge lumbering frame, smiling softly, seemingly relieved that his job hosting a doc had come to an end.  He seemed quite satisfied with himself. We walked together for a bit.  I don't know where we were going but it was good to have his company again.  

Then I woke and he was gone.
