To be one of the cool kids, I, too went to the doctor today.
Actually, I needed to refill my cholesterol medication and officially join Kaiser NorCal. Today was the big day. It went smooth. I was able to get an appointment in just three days. I had a nice doctor. I found out I can do my blood work there without having to go to Fresno. Great. Great. Great.
I also learned it was the 10th anniversary of my Colonoscopy. Do you know what present you get for the Colonoscopy 10th anniversary? Another Colonoscopy! Woohoo! Good times.
I also talked to my doctor today about B-12, because I was doing B-12 shots for awhile. B-12 doesn't stay in the body. It's water soluble so it passes right out of the body. The iron I'm taking does not. I'm no longer taking iron.
