Overall, Good Sam is a little sloppy - there was this issue getting an IV pole for my mom's bed when she was being transported, and there's always empty packets on the floor, waiting for housecleaning. Parking is a hassle and it's a cavernous labyrinth of hallways. The surgery schedule screen doesn't seem to be updating - I left my mom in surgery an hour ago and she's still listed as 'surgery scheduled', not the next level 'patient arrived in pre-op'.
