Saw it. Liked it.
But it's a small film with a small story. Brie does a good job. She was a lot more solid than I thought she was going to be. She came across lightweight in the trailers. When she said she was going to kick your ass, you could actually believe it. There was some good plot twists. I was originally confused about who the bad guys were supposed to be. There so many different aliens I thought I had them mixed up.
Lots of good foreshadowing for the upcoming series. Plot points were filled.
Goose surprised me. But there was a lot of Deus Ex Machina in the film. Resolutions happened very easily.
But I liked it.
