Fair question.  We pay remarkably low rent for this neighborhood and we just had our water heater redone, so Stacy felt it would be best not to trouble our landlords right away again.  There's a big rent control prop on the ballot here in the Cruz so landlords are tense.  We've been dealing with our own landlord issues being landlords ourselves with our Fremont house.  That's a whole other thread someday.  

I guess I'll need another naughty anime to get inspired to dish about that.  Hmmm, so many to choose from...
