I regret not having any Italian shoes, too, but in a more general way.

Do they make Italian shoes in size yeti? BTW, I just looked up the Italian for the word 'yeti'.  It's 'yeti'.  You're welcome.

Lady Cranefly and I donned old pairs of those shoes for the funeral -- the mourning lion dance, specifically.  They were a bit tattered, but no one was likely to see them.  Except that my shoes were often exposed as  I was the butt and we were on our knees, and sometimes we went backwards.

Still, in hindsight, an appropriate nod to Sifu.

Indeed. I'm sorry I missed that.  That reminds me that I tasked Stephen to do an article on the mourning lion ritual.  I'll have to remember follow up on that on Monday.
