The process of wrapping up the Millbrae chapter of Victory is in full swing. Shedding some tools (sent the drill-press and one of my bench grinders off to a new home, been basically giving away several swords to people who will give them good homes, etc.). Started moving some of the fixtures today. This is mostly about the lovely, lovely woodwork that G-Man did. I’ll be keeping two of the small benches and two of the upright cabinets for our reduced space in SF/Taraval (“Terrorville”). Found a home for the two long benches and the upright that used to be home to the TV. They drove off today to The Fencing Center in San Jose, who are thrilled to have them. Last day of business in Millbrae is Saturday, June 30th. We close for most of July to make the move, and then the next adventure begins in the Sunset District at Terrorville. Onward.
In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.
