I have a photo somewhere, taken back in the '80s, of a cupcake with one lit candle in it. Also photos of a friction-motor Godzilla that spit sparks out of the mouth. I was celebrating Godzilla's birthday -- because it seemed important at the time. Hell, it's still important.
