One spot? That's all you got?
It's not psoriasis. The dermatologist took about a second to tell me that. I hope she tells the ad generator on Facebook so I can stop get the psoriasis ads.
What it is is Granuloma Annulare! Where psoriasis is on the outer layer of the skin, this is just underneath. They don't know what causes it, of course. They kind of know what cures it: steroid cream or ingesting steroids. She actually said she could do injections into each of the spots but given the extent of the patches on my body, I gave that a hard pass.
So, more lotion on the skin. It doesn't really hamper me in anyway except that I'm not going to wear the beach to the bikini this year. I was mostly worried about psoriatic arthritis but that is no longer an issue. It's just unsightly red blotches for me.
I checked Wikipedia. It's a fairly rare disease occurring more often in females than males. And it is associated with Diabetes. No real cure. The red areas can persist of upwards of 20 years with patients over 50, so I've got that going for me.

As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm
