I shot 3 of my 5 war room scenes, all with Danny and Marko and one or the other Stagmer brothers. Danny is hilarious, very at ease and remarkably spry for 70+. Marko is intense, tall and buff, and very into nutrition. The Stagmers are total weapons nerds and we can rap for days.

I'm pretty spent. We are ad libbing everything, but have to circle back for certain talking points. And there's bits of 'acting' where we have to react to things, sometimes repeatedly to get the shot. It's surreal. I'm struggling to be clear and unstilted. They are tossing me all the hard words like Ali ibnabi tahib and machuahuitl. 

Tomorrow, my last two war rooms, and then on to the testing. Everyone is eager to chop stuff up with these exquisite weapons. That'll be the rest of the shoot. It's 8 eps with 16 weapons.

Oh, and tomorrow I'm working with Robert and Rebel Rodriguez in the war room. And it's press day so some reporters will be there too.

Last night, there were noisy Cantonese speakers in the next room. Tonight it's two drunk chicks. Man, I gotta get some sleep. My pick up is 6:45.
