Yeah something like that. It turned out to be -35, which is a full 75 degrees colder than I have experienced. To add a bit of flavor to the cold, my car wouldn't start so I spent 90 min of quality time out doors in the cold until I got a jump.
Apparently the -40 gear works at up to -20. All the while frost bite is setting in people are coming by with no gloves or hats or technical gear doing fine.
I am so soft. My goal is to sleep in a snow cave and have plenty of blue moons to keep me company.
