Finally, got to see it. First off, you are all right. Once again, the Prince of Darkness was in charge of lighting. Did they use the same city for the Yorktown as they did in Guardians of the Galaxy?
My main thinking was that if the choice was between logic and coolness factor, Director Lin always opted for coolness. So many things didn't make a lick of sense, but looked really cool. I thought the use of classical music was week.
Overall it wasn't bad, but in the next installment can we keep the ship in one piece for a change? Those things have to be expensive.
