I love Portland. Spent a lot of time there with Haggis Killer in the late 90's and early Aughts. Good food/coffee/bookstores, clean, easy to get around, very pretty.
In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.
