So yeah, S&T are in NYC. They say they are looking at colleges, but they've also seen two shows, the met, and more. I'm glad and jealous they are having a good time. Me, I'm taking care of business, and my beloved pom.
So you'd think I'd binge on some Kung Fu movies, but no. I've been binging on Darth Maul. It's for work. Ray is our next cover - don't tell - actually, what am I saying? Half of us are involved already. Anyway, yea, it's work.
I watched all the Maul episodes of Clone Wars, sorted thanks to the interwebz. Binging a series just following one character's story arc is the way to go with these sorts of shows. Maul's story just kind of ends. The series moved on and never came back to his story arc. After that season, it was dropped, but picked up for a final season by Netflix, and that abandoned any Maul arc, so maybe they will try to pick it up in Rebels?
I watched all the Edgar episodes of Heroes. Even in its 4th and final season, it was far superior to the current redux. Zachary and Hayden just raise the bar on that show. The lack of season 5 left the story hanging, and it was somewhat resolved in the new series, but I don't know (or care) if they ever went back to the Carnival.
I even watched Park's cameo on Nikita as a steroidal operative. He snuck in a dragon-climbs-the-pole pop up from wushu. Good on him.
Now I'm debating because all that's left I'd have to rent off iTunes - GI Joe 1 and Ecks vs Sever. I don't think I ever saw GIJ1 and I think I did see EvS but totally forgot it - it is considered by many critics to be one of the worst films ever made.
Maybe I'll move on...
