The great forum crash of Jan 2016 deleted my follow up post that Jingles survived. He's actually doing much better now. My mom never could get him to take his tussigen cough med and just used the doggy hydrocodone. We ran out of the tussigen and as it is a pricey med, delayed on reordering. And now, the Pom is coughing much less. We barely use any meds beyond his bp med. he still coughs and could have a cardiac at any moment, but his energy has improved as well as his overall outlook.
