Isn't that TomKat crazy?
It was big roller coaster of movie with it's typical massive loigic errors. What else would you expect? But the big action set pieces were very well done despite the fact the Florida Keys bridge now connects to the beltway, but I quibble.
At times, it did feel like an extended version of JJ Abrams other spy show, Alias. It was nice to be told that Berlin was in Germany and Shanghai was in China. I'm still not getting the cleverness and trickery that were the hallmarks of MI, but it had a few moments. Lawrence Fishburne does a fine job as the boss with a hard on for Ethan Hunt.
I'd see it on the big screen becuase you need the big visuals and the booming soundtrack.
